Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a dress code?
No, but it will be an outdoor venue. We want people to be comfortable, so stilettos may not be the best option as there will be grass and gravel. The weather will (hopefully) be warm during the day, and sweater weather in the evenings. We recommend bringing layers.
Overall - Want to wear a kilt? Go for it! Do you have cowboy boots sitting in the back of your closet collecting dust? Now could be your time to bring them out!
What do I need to bring for the weekend?
Clothes that fit the types of activities you want to do. There are many hikes, climbing, and biking trails nearby. We will also be on the river. Feel free to bring any gear you deem reasonable for the activities you wish to partake in. There are also places to rent bikes in the Methow Valley if that is of interest!
Want to camp with us? Great! You will need to bring bedding as well as towels if you plan on showering. If you are coming from out of town we can set you up with a sleeping bag and a pillow - just ask! It will be chilly at night so we will have some extra blankets, but please keep that in mind when packing bedding.
Otherwise, bring anything else you may need for a weekend trip!
Do you have a registry?
Yes - It can be found here: https://registry.theknot.com/elsa-luthi-september-2025-wa/67596109
